This was a favorite place of me since it was opened. We moved away in 2012, but twice a year we climbed north and protected them. Yesterday I wanted her to be bad? French onion soup and was SO DISAPPOINTED. I asked the waitress what happened that it was so bland. My son ordered Irish Stew and I ordered wings, SO DISAPPOINTED again. I guess last night I was eating in Monaghans. It was a great time with good, but definitely it's over.
Delicious chicken pancakes. Even better steak with Gorgonzola. Perfect Irish (American! cool, dark pub environment with an amazing dressed beer selection and delicious desserts, with excellent service.
We were surprised by the excellent mussels and lobster sauce appetizer. My shrimp and scallop entree was succulent and tasty. My wife's salmon was grilled perfectly. We will return.
I think the food here is okay. I like my potato pancake so deep roasted. The bar price is decent. Service is good. I'm not impressed by food.
