During a day trip from Lausanne to Villars on New Year’s Day we came upon Mountain Burger. The burger was cooked to perfection on an amazing bun and the sauce superb! The presentation and amount of food was perfect. The taste was unlike any burger I’ve ever eaten. As an American I have eaten burgers all across the United States and around the world. I can say with absolute certainty that Mountain Burger is the best burger I have ever eaten (thank you Adrien)!! Our experience was made complete by the amazing views of the Swiss Alps and the kindness and great service from Bruno; thank you Bruno!! We would also like to thank the proprietors Yoann and Adrien for their vision and the courage to pursue their dreams with the creation of Mountain Burger. Thank you Yoann and Adrien!!! We will be back!!
I thought this restaurant was way above your average burger place. Really nice service and great choice of burgers including for kids. I tried the Thai chicken ? for a change and it was absolutely delicious. A mix of sweet potato and regular fries was yum. Quite busy traffic wise sitting next to the road but the view is nice and tables quite well spaced in covid-era. Good value. Would definitely head straight there again next time in Villars.
Eine erstaunliche Erfahrung, ich bin persönlich kein Burger-Liebhaber, aber wow was für ein unglaubliches Geschmackserlebnis, ich hatte den gezogenen Schweineburger, Chips, Salat. Der beste Burger aller Zeiten. Kim machte uns herzlich willkommen und das Personal war sicher ein glücklicher Haufen. Nur winzige Kritik ist, dass englische Leute ein englisches Menü lieben würden!!
One of the best burger I ever had and I can't say that of many. The mountain burger is excellent, with high quality meat (cooked as requested), great barbecue bourbon sauce and superb handmade buns. Add to that the warm welcome of the owner cook, IPA draft beer and an amazing view on the mountains, and you do not want to go anywhere else!
