Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop

I have an online order.2 sandwiches and a children's meal. When picking up my order, I looked into my back and had no cookies and just a sandwich. Note that a child's meal comes with a cookie and an apple sauce. When I go, I ask what's going on and it repeated me. I said I didn't have any of these things in my pocket. I'm sorry we ran away? So why did I pay for the whole thing if I don't get all the articles?!!! Go away. Check your order every time. She didn't tell me they were outside and didn't contain an option so they expected me to go with less and hope I didn't notice it until I was home? I had an application to cut into 4 pieces of the usual 2 and I had no salad and it came with it. This is Worse customer service. Update: The owner reached me by e-mail from their customer survey. He apologised on behalf of his employee and said they had a busy weekend and had a small stock of everything and he was out of town. I was fully refunded to my order. I'm willing to give this place another shot, but will try to personally avoid all online order problems and pay for things they don't have in the store. The owner was quick and timely in solving the problem so for his customer service I will increase my stars, but will update when I visit again.

I came 5 minutes before they said my order would be ready and they gave me attitude for being early. They hadn?t even started making my sandwiches. I was standing there waiting and they didn?t start making it until the time they said it would be ready. The customer service is awful and the employees are very rude. I will never be returning to this location. My sandwich being late was not the worst part about this location, it?s the sassy and rude employees I have experienced both times I have visited here. Also both of my experiences they were out of cookies. Not worth my money.

Not freakin bad! Good bread, made to order (and correctly), friendly courteous staff, and good music. Ain?t gonna lie, the cookie was pretty lame, and also if one of your party orders a gluten free wrap you should have the SA to not give them a chocolate chip cookie, but otherwise I?d put this Mr. Pickles up against any average Togo?s, and it kills a Quiznos hands down. Note, there?s another mainstream sandwich spot that doesn?t even deserve a mention in this review. Good stuff!

This sandwich shop was favorably recommended by colleagues and I see why. The Italian on French roll was great!! If all Mr. Pickles provide the same quality, I will definitely go to one located near me.??

I was just here a few times, but at every occasion I found the staff very friendly. Very recommended.
