Do yourself a favor and just let loose, order whatever sounds delicious (everything) and don't think about healthy diets because that's definitely not why you come here. Brisket and hatch Chile Mac and cheese burritos?! Yes, it's amazing. This Place is sogood it's full of downtown suits at lunch hour even though the atmosphere is definitely more of a dive/permanently parkedburrito truck. Owner was hanging out at the bar while I visited, seemed like he matches the personality and vibe of the jointcompletely. Come support a great local business and get fed some of the most mouthwatering food in the city.
If I could merge Beer, Tacos and Coffee everywhere I go, I would. That?s what Muchachos did. And we aren?t talking sub-par, mediocre anything, it?s all GOOD. We tried a lot of things on the menu, but the Giverito was the bomb. The meat wasn?t fattyat all and it was cooked very well. It?s a college town so if you?re taking your kids, be reading for some culturalindoctrination, but it?s not in your face like a lot of places. This will be a definitive stop for us every time we come toLincoln. Do it.
We were thrilled to discovered this place on a Saturday afternoon. The concept is brilliant! You start with 3 varieties of smoked meat and you take it from there! We tried the nachos, hatch mac, and tacos, and we left impressed! Generous portionsizes, fair prices, and quality food make this a must try in Lincoln! Thank you for the great meal, cold brew, and making usfeel welcome 550 miles from home.
Very tasty food. The place was clean and the staff friendly. I had the brisket nachos (pictured). The balance of ingredients was about right. My wife had the hatch-mac with brisket. It was also very tasty. Portion sizes were respectable. At plan to return.
