Munzenberger Klause

Went here for a birthday dinner. The place was crowded but we managed to snatch one of only two booth tables inside. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. No complaints whatsoever. I'm a big sucker for Schnitzel and what they offer here did not disappoint. It's not the best Schnitzel I've ever had, but it's a very close second and I would not hesitate to have another one. Wife had the goulash and said it was delicious, too. Portions were huge I could not finish my Schnitzel and my wife took the left over goulash home to eat the next day. In short, good place to have dinner. Not fancy, but clean and traditional.

Everywhere in Quedlinburg seems to be tranquil, and Münzenberger Klause is no exception. I called in around 5pm for a beer. Service was quick, beer was cold and fresh perfect. We sat at an outside table under an umbrella (to keep the sun off in September). A relaxing end to the day before proceeding home to change for dinner.

We were looking for a place to eat dinner and stumbled across this place. It was full of locals which is always a great sign. Although we couldn't get a table outside, as it was so busy, the food was amazing and the service friendly. Next time, we would book ahead for a table outside in nice weather.

Food is great. We went for steak with vegetables, salad and fries. Nothing to complain, very well prepared, as asked. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Unfortunately we couldn’t seat outside in very warm evening but we had a good table inside. I recommend this restaurant.

We had a great time and good food here. Kid friendly as well. I can only recommend it. Prices are reasonable.
