Waited for food for 40+ mins. Was told at the 35 min mark that they were behind on quarter leg chicken so I was asked if 2 breasts was okay. I said sure since I ordered a half chicken and had been waiting quite a while already which seemed odd since they weren't busy. Less than a third of the tables had patrons and when I ordered, there were maybe 3 tables besides me. I was brought part of my food and was told the fries were behind and would be brought out later. I ate my food which took about 15 mins. Waited about 15 more, and then left because it was clear I was not going to be getting my fries after seeing multiple people that sat down after me get orders that did have fries. The garlic bread was good, but my chicken was overcooked. The server was very busy so I can't reallu fault her too much. She was the only one serving and I saw more than once that she yelling at kitchen staff for behind orders. Overall, I can't say my experience was an enjoyable or even okay one. I was unfortunately disappointed, which is a little disheartening since in general, I like the nandos franchise, but I have to say, I was not impressed with this particular location.
