New Pho Saigon Noodle Grill

I just wanted to treat myself out. I got a small phoa and thai tea for dinner. The food was ok, decent enough to fill me up. The only thing that bothered me is how much it was. Small bowl of phoa is 13.50 and Thai Tea is 2-3 dollars. Why did it total out to $20.23? I still tipped 2 dollars and some cents for respect, but still why charge me $20? I'll be double thinking of coming back there for dinner.

All that the dish/order came with was short ribs, rice, fish sauce, and veggies. For the price it was nothing like the picture. No over easy egg no strip pork, pork cake etc..very disappointed for the . Other places offers more than just ribs sticky rice.
