Northbound - Tisch reservieren

Northbound seems hit or miss, and the other night was definitely a miss. The cocktails were good, the tuna Poke was great and we enjoyed eating on the terrace. That was the extent of the positives. I was there with a friend and we are food, we both decided to try the Sirloin Coulotte on the basis of the description and photo. Once it came out, we could smell the overwhelming amount of garlic and taste other strange flavors, we both just looked at us, but decided we should at least try the Sirloin? I? ve said this only a handful of times in my life, but it was so hard that it was actually not possible. I told our waitress who was very nice and said her chef was on vacation. We were still hungry, so ordered the house Made Ricotta, that was Blande and came with cold soggy sourdough and stachel cracker. The manager was friendly enough not to calculate us for the Sirloin, but Northbound has to update and add to their menu. They have a salmon shell and a smoked salmon arm which is somewhat redundant. It would be great if they added their crab cakes as a standard menu item instead of an occasional special. We will probably go back, but with their little bites, wings, salads and maybe try a pizza.

Great atmosphere, service and unique menu. The plating of the dishes make them very appetizing and impressive. The meatballs and risotto special was outstanding. Can?t go wrong with the burger. I got the salmon and asparagus risotto and it was perfectly seasoned and seared. I didn?t care for the smoked tomato chutney in the salmon dish. It was overpowering and didn?t seem to go with the dish at all. It tasted like strong Smokey BBQ sauce and they filled my plate with it like it was a thick soup. Then they put green (asparagus) risotto into all that sauce and the salmon on top. I wonder if a mistake was made because everything else was superb. I don?t like sending food back so I just tried to avoid the sauce. Otherwise everything else was perfect so I gave 4 stars.

Food is absolutely excellent. I have only dined once, but I have eaten many of my family remains, and without a doubt I can say that everything on their menu is highest quality. Absolutely tasty and the service matched the food. 10/10 people

Great food, all made for perfection. Drinks and cocktails are also amazing. The crab dive was the best of the lot! That was the chicken. Great vibes, friendly service and a great place.

Finally came here... what an incredibly interesting menu and excellent service. Large combos on the menu and an upper notch bar.... without traveling too far (for us)
