"This restaurant is about 10 minute drive from our house and as is often the case we talked about going over the time it has been open but didn't. So last night a good friend of ours wanted to treat us so to the restaurant...we went. I so wish that we had gone sooner the food was excellent, the evening menu for three courses is 24 euros but the choices are from the full carte so not restricted some items carry a small supplement. The choices for the main course includes local lamb cutlets, delicious and fillet steak again delicious everything was cooked to perfection and presentation was lovely as well. For wine we had the house red in a carafe which was perfectly acceptable. So to end if you are visiting this most beautiful part of France eat here if you can."

Never posted a review to TripAdvisor, but a meal in France required that I step up. We were looking for a place to eat while visiting the Pyrenees in the late fall. Our host, Merion, at our bnb in Bellongue made a call to Noste...Countiu to be sure the restaurant would be open and to let the chef know we were coming. Easy to find even in the dark and were invited to enjoy a drink before dining. Baptiste explained his menu and we ordered a vegetarian menu for my wife and on Baptiste's recommendation I ordered a steak. The meal was impressive and very good. Baptiste uses fresh, local, organic ingredients in original ways that we truly enjoyed. The restaurant decor and atmosphere made for a pleasant evening. We were able to enjoy an after dinner drink and chat with another group that dropped in for dinner. Baptiste was a one man show host, waiter, chef and bartender. He really provided a wonderful experience. We hope to return!!!!
