Oak Grill Pool Patio

Food isn't bad- but after today's visit, will never be back (having been going to the place for years). Rude, ignorant, disrespectful staff. While the owner was somewhat apologetic, there certainly didn't seem to be any recognition of the problem. The place doesn't deserve to have customers, if the behaviour of staff is any measure. There are better places around. My advice? Avoid this one.

Staff don’t seem interested in providing a service, they also don’t understand the difference between a “plain” burger and a “cheese” burger. Also instead of “no salt vinegar” they drown the chips in vinegar and they give you a portion of salt with a side of chips. Not happy whatsoever

Great flavour same about the amount of sauce put on the gravy chip I ordered, slow service but over all worth it if not getting a gravy chip, the cheesy curry chip I also ordered was great

Food was poor and small portions. Poor value for money. Won't be back.
