O'charley's Restaurant Bar

We went this past Sunday evening for Mother?s Day. It was so awful. I used to love O?Charleys. What happened?? We ordered our go to which was the cheese wedges. They arrived at the table and they were so stringy and greasy, the recipe is definitely different, they have never tasted like this. Why did you change the recipe to this? Just to save a buck? They said they were out of potato soup and the waiter brought me regular tea when I ordered sweet tea and forgot the rolls. When they did bring the rolls out they were flavorless. Not the good honey butter they used to have and they had a raw consistency. Moving on to dinner- my husband ordered a steak with Mac n cheese and chicken tenders. I ordered a club sandwich and fries. The steak was rubber, Mac and cheese was so greasy and tasted like Kraft, and the chicken tenders were old and nasty. My club sandwich had wilted brown pieces of bacon and a dab of mayo. I had to remove the bacon because it was so disgusting. The sandwiches at subway tasted better than this. My fries were so old and burnt up and crispy. We were very disappointed with the entire experience. After spending close to $60, we were hoping for much better. This location used to be so good, now I will never come here again. Gone are the days of a decent meal here, spend your money elsewhere. Culver?s has fresh and hot food next door and you could probably save yourself $20.

Went here for an easy meal near our house. We had zero problems with the staff was greeted politely at the door by the hostess and she told us there would be a 30 min wait. We had no problems waiting figured since there was a wait and it seemed to have plenty of families eating there the food couldn?t be that bad. Well I was 1000 percent wrong! Food was awful sad I had pay $40 for something hungry man could?ve done better. My expectations weren?t even set high was just looking for a quick meal. Don?t think we will ever return to eat sadly. Maybe for the rolls those were good

I want to give the Audra server a huge scream, because it is very friendly and patient for someone with mental disabilities and is actually busy in a conversation with the person. It really did his day how he tried to be spoken and treated like a human being! Thanks for the service and thank O'charleys for the good food.

Not enthusiastic about this place. When passing through the main area, the air conditioning felt great, but in the back area it sat warm and almost moist. Dinner was moderate. Potato skins and cheese wedges seemed boiled. I don't know if we give them a chance.

Here is the Middle West, fish and chips is a meal often inappropriately fried, but not at O'Charley's. They serve the big BBQ, but for me, their fish chips bring me back month after month.
