First off the music was way too loud, we couldn't hear each other talking. We asked if the music could be lowered, they indicated they couldn't turn the music down. Can't imagine why they had no control over the volume? When we ordered beer, they were out of the beer we ordered. Twice. We ordered nachos with beef, they were out of beef. So we ordered it with chicken, couldn't find the chicken. Nachos were supposed to be an appetizer, they came out with the meal. It took forever for our food to come out. The service was slow, explains why that particular location rarely has any people in it when other locations are always packed. We only went there cause it was a half way meeting point to meet friends for dinner. Not going back there again.

I do my best to avoid carbs the bartender at my regular OC has gotten me down to ordering just meats and occasionally veggies Ala Cart. So when I went to this one and ordered chicken with the Nashville HOT seasoning. They turned up the HOT on me. I could feel the heat from my ears to my toes
