Food to be sure. I have not had Olive Garden in at least 15 years. My tastes have not changed. Firstly, I don 't care for Pasta. So I had salad and a side of meatballs. The salad was very disappointing, the same quality as a to-go salad from a grocery store. Iceberg lettuce some shredded cabbage and carrots. 2 half slices of tomatoes. Just the saddest little salad. Prepackaged dressing and croutons. I also ordered a side of meatballs. They were good but I assumed they came with some sort of sauce since they had marinara in the picture. This could be me for assuming though. The others in our group ordered pasta and said it was good. Nothing looked like high quality pasta to be, but as said, I 'm a terrible judge of pasta. The breadsticks were amazing though. Holy cow those are good. Probably some of the best breadsticks I 've ever had. The girl who handed the order to me was incredibly friendly and nice, so the staff and service seem great. If I ever go INTO an Olive Garden I can get a better idea of everything else. I know I 'll be ordering breadsticks though. Probably little else.
Olive Garden is one of my favorite chains because of the breadsticks their amazing creamy soups and Alfredo! This specific location always has great service, and the workers are kind with zero attitude. Another great plus is I’ve noticed the servers will quickly bring out more breadsticks before we even ask, which is a huge deal to me. The only downside since Covid is it’s usually a pretty long wait even though when you finally walk to your table, you’ll notice half the restaurant is empty. At this point that seems silly to do when you’ve got so many customers waiting. The last time we went, we had to sit right in the center of a room at a big table, even tho it was just me and my husband. We would’ve preferred a table by the wall in a booth, but didn’t want to wait even longer after already waiting 30 minutes. But the food and service was so worth the wait! Our waiter was amazing. And the food came out really quickly. He kept those breadsticks coming and gave us plenty of mints at the end which I also love!
In this inflation era as everyone increasing prices drastically. Olive Garden is the one which doesn’t increase price drastically and food quality is still good
They can no longer make virgin drinks, but food was good service was great. Carry out/curbside would benefit from a door of its own parking somewhere else.
