Olive Garden Italian

We visited total 4 times this restaurant in water town NY. First 3 times was poor quality server customer service and wasn’t feel like give them tips, especially first 2 server was not keep up any job because doing bartender tasks so i complained we didn’t happy that took so long to refill drinks, bread sticks and soup/ salad then female manager was tried covering up their low quality customer service instead of listening our feelings so actually it has been over 8 months since we visited last time here. Yesterday finally we felt enjoy eat out there and worth to pay. First 3 times visits hour was on weekdays plus not lunch nor dinner rush times and was super low quality customer service, yesterday was middle of lunch rush hour and great customer service. It is too sad that fact service is always key for your dining experience and I paid 30% tips for server on yesterday.

Waitress assigned to us was lousy wrong drinks, cold food, no refills or checking on anything. Had to flag down another waitress to get drinks fixed (she was nice and efficient) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great food I love their food and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50

Great service, great food! Delicious breadsticks! Wish Canada had a location so I could come more often.
