Ordered at 9.10pm told delivery 9.50pm no order by 10.00 tried ringing listening to music eventually got a reply at 10.20pm asked where is my order told be twenty minutes so I cancelled and said refund me I’ll go elsewhere. Despite two phone calls and two emails they have not refunded that is now over a week. This is an awful way to treat customers who have ordered with you for years. I would never order with them again and will be going to bank to get money refunded. If I could give minus I would
I was ordering a takeaway with my girlfriend and I have a severe nut allergy. My girlfriend ordered satay sauce as a side and when I was checking that the that my order didn’t have nuts apart from the satay sauce. He said your order doesn’t have any nuts in it even the satay sauce. If you have an allergy don’t order from this restaurant because they clearly neglect this.
Ordered Pad Thai, prawn tempua and crab claws. Delivered in 15 mins and fresh, tasty and hot. Complete turnaround from last time and I got a surprise free logo mug.. totally taken aback. Only ordered again here because short time delay on delivery and now I'm so impressed. Maybe change of hands ????? Whatever, im sold.
BRILLIANT service, delivery was timely, they actually, follow up with their orders and have a exceptionally good feedback service.. They offer refunds if you can't collect before their threshold.. Jheeze, keep that place busy-engaged peeps... P.S Tiger Brewskis are tpps..
