Ono Hawaiian Bbq

wow I'm sad it took a pandemic for me to find this place. the aloha plate comes with plenty of veggies which makes me feel a bit better about scarfing down sauced or fried breaded chicken. the veggies are also pretty good. some edamame bits in there andnot too heavy on the dressing. proteins are delicious too. love the katsu. went today and my plate earned me a free smallerplate for some promo! (til may 02 2020 I think)

I once rated this 5 star. Changed it to 1 and if I could give it 0 I would. Flat soda, hard rice, undercooked chicken, macaroni so soggy you'd think it was potato salad. Go to Ono near Auto Mall Parkway in Fremont then come get some food here. You wouldnt even think it was the same chain. But seriously wth happened to this location, new ownershit?

I changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars, because each time we order we get different amount of food and it is confusing. I ask for add ribs to my plate, usually I get two pieces. Last time I paid extra $5 for just a tiny piece mostly bones, this timeagain just get one tiny piece.
