I dined here for the second time last night. For the price, I would expect much better food. First off, the ambiance is beautiful- both the inside and out. The inside feels like a NY restaurant, and the outdoor terrace has beautiful couches, a firepit and flowers. As for the food.... They start you off with very tiny breadsticks dipped in a wasabi oil. Great flavor, but I would have loved some nice bread instead. We ordered the tuna tartar appetizer which was of nice size. However, the flavoring was on the salty side. It was served with two potato chips which were way too salty to accompany the tartar. For entrees I got the skirt steak and my husband the lamb. My skirt steak had great flavor, but was chewy. The polenta croutons and cauliflower were almost inedible. The polenta was dry and flaky, and the cauliflower was almost metallic tasting. The lamb was tender, but was served with a meat pie in a puffed pastry. It was gamy and odd tasting. We also ordered the hipster fries as a side. They were tasty with the chili oil and bacon, but after a few bites, the taste was overwhelming. The best part of the dinner was a surprise complimentary dessert from the waitress. She said that the service was not the best so she gave us a complimentary dessert. The dessert was vanilla ice cream sandwiched in a cookie with melted marshmallow. It was served with chocolate sauce and pistachios and cherries. Overall, this restaurant is way overpriced for the food it is serving. This was my second and last time dining here.

Compared to a McDonald’s sure the food is great but it’s also not in the same dining category so it can’t be compared. Menu is limited in both options and adventure. Its basically a New York Steakhouse template in the suburbs where it should be cheaper, but more expensive because they slapped a celebrity name on it. Super overpriced on steaks even if the flavor and cook temperature meets expectations. Porterhouse for two felt super small. Left somewhat satisfied, but more underwhelmed and overcharged. If you want an instagram picture of meat it’s probably cheaper to hang three pieces of bacon on a mini clothesline yourself. Plus everyone else has already been to one of the other dozen restaurants by Burke that does the same thing and overpaid so you can see what it looks like anyway.

I met up with my mom to get food and drinks and listen to a band. When I arrived I parked in the private lot. I walked into a very nice bar and restaurant. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was so nice. I ordered the lemon drop martini, which was good and also the red wine. I also got the espresso martini but wasn't a fan and the bartender was so nice and made my other drinks. They have a great happy hour and I ordered the margarita pizza and it was very good! Happy hour is from 4-7pm Monday through Friday. The band they had was so good! I really enjoyed my time!

Everything was perfect during brunch. However, do not order the egg and potatoes, and the sea bass. Both dishes lack flavor. Aside from that, this place deserves 5 stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
