After the change of Chef, the quality decreased slightly. Nevertheless, the new leader keeps the same principles and we have had an excellent time. Cuisine sought after with a multitude of flavors, quality service and excellent wine card
Stéphane Derbord transmitted his establishment to a chef (a real one) who has enjoyed us throughout the meal and who has kept the same principles by adding nice little things between each dish. We'll go back.
