Orrong - Tisch reservieren

We catch up here every 3 months with friends. Lashed out yesterday along with other guest for a $50 scotch fillet. I'm a sous vide fanatic and love that style of cooking at home, but, I have to say, Chef just absolutely nailed my rare fillet and likewise a medium rare for another at our table. The char grill also helped to differentiate from what I can do. It was just fantastic. Fries were a bit lukewarm (who cares) but the star attraction shot it out of the ballpark. Others on the table had steak and chips and the Wednesday parma of the day. All good. It's just a really good atmosphere and place to just chillax and enjoy the company of friends with a really good meal. The people that make it all happen are also great. It's the reason why we'll be back in three months and then again and again. Did I say how good the scotch was? ......... I might sneak back myself and just make sure it wasn't a one off!
