Absolutely terrible service. Tried to order online through doordash. Waited about 20 min for them to accept and confirm my order. I tried calling them to see what was the issue. A woman answered saying hello, I began tell her my issue, she then hung up!!!! I tried calling right after incase she did not hear me, and SHE TURNED THE STORE PHONE OFF. I waited 5 more minutes, and my order still never got confirmed. Absolutely terrible service, been going to osmows for multiple years and never had a single issue with any of the other locations, never ordering from this aurora store again.
Just received an Uber Eats order and this was the worst food we have all had. Not sure if someone thought it was fun to dump a ton of really hot pepper into our non pepper and mild orders, but out of 4 people, three had to throw out this horrific waste of money. Never again. Not funny whoever enjoys doing this to customers. Now I understand the 3.3 rating. Should have checked first.
Guys don’t come to this location, it’s better to go to the green lane /Yonge street location because this peoples they don’t know how to make a chicken on the rock or Chicken shawarma on the wrap
I placed an order on Uber eats first time at this location. Surprisingly, it was best shawarma as compared to the other shawarma places we have in Aurora.
