I found this place last time I was in Spokane, and I loved it so much that I went back to lunch the next day, and took dinner again at the same night. Her roasted tofu appetizer is delicious, and what makes it really the peanut sauce. Her peanut sauce is the best I have in any Thai restaurant or other. They are ready for vegans, and will let you know what can be made vegan (mostly everything, edit: including Curries!! The owner will have a tofu fresh role (off menu if you ask for it, and it has the ingredients. I had some fried rice dishes, red curry, fresh rolls, and they were great. Please, no egg.

Great vegan options and friendly people. The portions were huge and we had enough for another meal later at home. Our new place for Thai in Spokane. Unfortunately no delivery, but you can pick up.
