Outback Steakhouse South Naples

A few days ago, my husband and I dined at Outback Steakhouse in Naples, Florida. We LOVE their food and systematically get the same when we visit. This was our first time in this place when we came in and sat fast. The name of our server was Kristin. She came by immediately and took our orders. Before we knew our salads were on the table....NICE! I started eating my Caesar Salad when I noticed something was HORRIBLY WRONG! I stopped and looked at my food and my husband and I were very disappointed! We appealed our waitress and explained our situation very discreetly. The store manager, Bridgette, came over and apologized sincerely. She asked if they could do it right and we said yes. They didn't need time to remake my salad and we were grateful. The food was delicious as always and it even offered free dessert. I really appreciate how they made it their business to eliminate the food mishap. While I did not go into the specific details of what went wrong, I will say that they have done everything human possible to correct the mistake and for it, they get absolutely 5 stars! I think it's more about how professional a situation is treated than the problem. And they did! So Outback, we're coming back!!

Not a huge fan of chain restaurants but this Outback doesn’t feel like a “chain type” restaurant and has become a staple in the East Naples community. The bar tenders are second to none. Sab, Lefty, Noel, Megan, always great service at the bar. Patrick the manager is always moving and helping out everywhere it seems. Food is also very consistent. Really enjoy coming to this Outback. Well done

Amazing place to eat. Our server Robert was amazing. I have everything right, even with a busy night and short staff. The food was amazing and the old fashion is a must try. Thank you Robert for the great experience!!! We will definitely come back. Kudos to the manager Patrick for a wonderful and friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Wonderful place for steaks, salmon, cheesecakes and memory making. Perfect place for two Vietnam-POWs to become known again. I give him a TMF rating too much fun! Service — 9.9 definitely recommend the outback

Big buffalo shrimp plus went back the next day and had buffalo chicken for a lunch special.. Great service, plus the coconut shrimps is great!
