It was a pleasure and a great experience to eat at Pachacamac! The warm and very professional service!! I loved the time the waiter took to explain the dishes and even the wines to us (something we don't see anymore... the ceviche clásico and the trio is simply the best we've ever tasted in Europe . And the main dishes are a real delight! Their lomo saltado made with beef fillet and flambéed with pisco and smoked pulp, Are a journey to the taste pleasure of haute cuisine! I recommand it! If you want to taste real Peruvian gastronomy!! See you soon ! !

AMAZING Ceviche!!! I am surprised by this dish which is precisely seasoned with very fine and delicate touches. I find that there is good harmony on the plate. The team is super welcoming and attentive. We will come back to continue discovering the map
