TLDR; SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was so excited to try Pacific Catch because of the great feedback I’ve heard but maybe I just visited the wrong one. I went to the Chestnut location and had so many red flags from the beginning no indoor seating, broken heating lamp, and server came up to table rushed us to order because kitchen was closing in 30 minutes. My boyfriend and his mom ordered the same thing, I think it was called the great catch (with calamari, fries, shrimp, cod). His mom received her food COLD and dredged in oil along with my chicken katsu (room temp and hard rice) his dads meal (create your own meal) he said it was alright. My boyfriend got his food 15 minutes after the rest of us and once it arrived it was wrong, and although it was hot it was dripping in oil. When we gave our feedback to the server, he was flustered, did offer an apology, and said there was nothing he can do because the kitchen was closed. It’s completely our faults for coming in right before closed, but if they couldn’t put out quality food they should have just turned us away so we could find another place for dinner. And the lack of empathy apology astounded me since they are in customer service.
