Paisano's - Tisch reservieren

Was so disappointed in our take-out experience here: used their online ordering system to order food for a specific time, and then I got a call that the kitchen had finished our order over an hour in advance. Even though we had paid $160 and specified a pickup time, they offered no compensation other than to come in sooner and pick up the food!When we came to pick up the food they offered to make the calamari fresh, which I appreciated but then when we checked our order, we found that the salad was missing and then had to go back (thankfully we hadn’t driven off yet and wait 10 minutes…for a Caesar salad that should have been ready!Then when we ate the food as part of an early Mother’s Day celebration, we were disappointed in the dry overcooked calamari and the small portions (only 4 stuffed mushrooms for $16?! .My mother-in-law did enjoy the gnocchi but overall this was a negative and disappointing experience all around and hope the dine in experience is much better for the prices charged. I do NOT recommend their take out service, and if you have to use it, don’t schedule in advance!

Food was fantastic, if your seated near the outdoor patio good luck with service, staff in the back is unatentive and dismissive When i brought that fact up with one of the managers, He replied and i quote. We should be careful so the next customer doesn 't get hurt and then immediately walked away. I run a Restaurant the managers and my waiter where unprofessional and obnoxious Again Food was amazing, too bad the rest was sub standard.Owner should look at the cameras and see how some of his staff ignores customers

Simply, the food was not good. Short ribs dry and seemed to be old. Gnocchi overcooked and no flavor. All pastas were drowning in sauce, Bolognese tasted like ground beef added to a jar sauce. Fish special seemed to be frozen fish. Strange texture.

Graduation lunch was fantastic. Great food and service!!!
