Panatieri's Pizza Pasta- Bound Brook

I'll preface this by saying that I've been to several other Panatieri's establishments. I'm always impressed by the quality of the pizza and Panatieri's of Bound Brook is no different! When you enter the pizzeria, you're greeted by a massive selection of slices with various toppings. I decided to go with a square slice (not sure if this was the Brooklyn, Grandma, or a different one) and a tortellini slice. The square had a pleasant, fluffy base with a spicy, flavor-packed sauce, and a deliciously fresh cheese. The tortellini slice was excellent and very filling. It had great structure and foldability. Cheesy deliciousness would be the best explanation for that slice. If you've never tried slices from Panatieri's, you're missing out.

The woman who checked my order was ordered and the wrong food was sent, but manager was rude and innocent and did not want to solve the problem.

Good pizza and subs. Added interesting filled garlic knots. Limited on site parking.
