I used to love panda but these past few months every time I have gone I have had a bad experience. Them forgetting my food, giving me the wrong stuff, not telling me they were out of something and just not giving me anything but still paying full price ? but Tonight was one of the worst I ordered ahead at 8:00 for my order to be picked up by 8:40 and I didn't get my food till 9:15 when I got there at 8:35 they ask the name of my order I told them and they said they were just waiting for Beijing beef when I finally got my order after watching 4 people that got there after me get their food I still didn't even get my Beijing beef. And that's all I was supposed to be waiting for... I used to work fast food so I know it gets busy but put some effort and care into your job you are feeding people. If you don't care maybe don't work customer service...
I received my broccoli beef in a medium ala carte box and in the box was 90% beef 10% beef. Literally 4 pieces of small beef I got. Called to complain to manager who told me to stop talking so she can talk, confirmed that store policy is to give 3-4 pieces of meat and that I can call corporate to further complain. I honestly do not know who hired Vanessa T as a manager but I will gladly call corporate to complain about my awful experience and I will take my money elsewhere. Terrible experience. After all the times I?ve been here the past two bad times were bad and now the manager has officially sealed the deal that I will never come here again
I came right before the conclusion with me and four little boys. we were in the middle of a movement and starved. the staff was busy, but ariya, destiny and sadie drove our meal times out with the speed of light. the teamwork was spectacular! they helped us get our bells full and finished on the last part of our trip. they were great.
When we go, the staff is friendly and fast. Today, Sanaly went over and over to make sure that we felt appreciated and immediately brought us our chow menu when it finished! Would go back! I wish there were more beef in the beef and broccoli courts, but I am sure that is the business policy.
