I went through the ride today at 5:15. I didn't get a receipt given to me and said it was in my pocket. The order was wrong that I am not surprised because the girl who took the order was busy talking to someone else and asked me to repeat it twice. I ordered 2 bowls of fried rice with orange chicken and a 2 dish with noodles, orange chicken and Angus beef. Here?s what I got: 2 bowls of noodles that were not cooked and 4 pieces orange chicken ever. The plate had barely cooked noodles, three pieces of beef and a few pieces of orange chicken. It was $27. Such a waste of money! I tried to call my order, but the phone goes directly to a message that says no one is available to take your call. Goodbye. What a convenient message! According to other reviews of this special Panda Express, the message is useful. The service and food both earn a negative star rating. Do not waste your time or money in OFallon, IL Panda Express.
Unfortunately, I have to make a negative assessment, but I do. This was the second visit in just a week. Both times we were unable to order the app for Carry-out/Curbside. The app for this particular memory would not allow it, but while waiting in the drive-thru line there were cars, picking up boarding orders. (Dining room has been closed since Covid over 2 years ago) When we give up the order, we said they were made of white rice. (Should never happen in a Chinese restaurant) Our order was ready in record time, but contingents were not offered or asked if necessary. No free luck cookie was in the bag. (Have always received in the past) Also several pieces of orange chicken were only bread. I love Panda Express, but this place has disappointed me too often. Something has to be done to deal with problems in this store.
Website says it opens at 10:30am but then get here and they don?t open till 11am. Wait in line to order at 11am then they do not even have most of the things cooked to serve people. Orange Chicken by far should be the first thing they should have ready. But sitting here waiting still and it?s 15 minutes after opening. So now 45 minutes after they are supposed to open and still no food. This is honestly ridiculous. By the way there is another 5 vehicles waiting for their orders. Some did not order orange chicken neither. This is crazy!
Rip Off via Drive Thru Closed Dinning Room: Realizing things are tough these days yet the dining room was close due to lack of workers and a customer could only use the drive-thru... So management believes they can take advantage of paying drive thru customers by giving less than appropriate portions to cheat the customer in a drive thru situation. 2 single entres with 1 pop 1 water. $20 on the receipt. Pictures says it all. Definitely disappointed ??
