I'm pretty upset with the cash register. I'm disabled and I have to make an application to eat my meal. Don't put in the bag, skip everything, but slide the fork and slide the shell and recipt over me. He said he understood and would do what I asked. Then immediately went to my request and put it in the pocket and plopped it next to me. It's not a tireless request, I asked them to go over or refund me. He stared at me like he didn't understand anything. I tried to explain the situation. I like this place. But I'm not going back long. I couldn't eat the food and it went to the garbage. Very, very, annoyed about having wasted 10 dollars by inability. If they're worth something, they'll reimburse me for it.
Placed my order through Door dash, ordered grill teriyaki chicken tried to add a special message but the app did not allow special message. After my order I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady and asked her to put some teriyaki sauce with my order as the app didn't allow me to send special message. The lady ask for the name on my order and said she would informed them to add the sauce to my order. Sure enough, after Door dash dropped off my order and no sauce. I also ordered a la cart of shrimp honey walnut and didn't get that either. So disappointed, i paid for it too. Such a rip off.
Simply the best restaurant in Woodbury Minnesota. I love the super greens as my side, green bean chicken, teriyaki chicken, sometimes doubling up on one of those. If I'm feeling really down in the dumps I get the super delicious Beijing Beef which has probably the best sauce on the planet. If you do the feedback on your receipt you get a free entree every time you bring that in. I could have saved a lot of money if I did that years ago. ??
Food is normally good same with service. However this visit was horrible. Ordered family meal and there was enough of the entrees out to fulfill my order. Except they made may wait for the next batch of both. Which they did with the 9 people sitting waiting for their orders too. 15 minutes later I get my food including egg rolls which were ICE COLD! SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
