I ordered a bowl and a small drink through the drive through. After the cashier charged me I looked at the receipt and he charged a plate and no drink. So I asked him to change it to what I ordered. He talked to the manager and told me his manager said it?s cheaper to order a plate and drink than a bowl and a drink. What?? I said ok no biggie but kept the receipt. Next day I ordered a bowl and small drink and it was cheaper (obviously). I have no problem if they make a mistake but to blatantly lie to your customers is crossing the line. Lucky for me there are many restaurants around that area. I won?t be coming back.
We don't often go here, but the kids asked. We ordered online and pick them up. We usually check our foods because we have been burned several times where you come home and your order is not what you get. That's what happened this time! We ordered Beijing Beef, but we have Beef and Broccoli as you can see in our receipt. We've been 15 minutes away so the ride would have been back 30 minutes.
