This was my friends special lunch for a family event so I know she would have talked to the restaurant in advance so I was really disappointed for her with the quality of service provided and attention to detail.The ambiance was lovely with a gas fire, although got quite toasty if you were sat in front. A long table was set up with petals scattered down the middle, simple but effective.Food was delicious. Garlic bread and bruschetta for entre followed by 2 different pastas and platters of veal and chicken parmigiana with crunchy roast potatoes, green beans and salad. Staff were friendly and helpful but just not on the ball. Had to follow up about a cake table, extra chairs, clearing plates away, getting coffee orders wrong. Overall all small details but added up to the whole experience that could have made the lunch so much smoother!
We went to Pandoras Rouse hill for dinner reservation for 7 pm waited 30 mins before anyone came to seat us the table was just sitting there empty placed entree and mains order we got our entree ordered drinks 5 adult an 3 kids drinks only half of them came 30 mins later the rest of drinks came out but only after asking several times the mainwere ordered at the same time as entrees but still did not get dinners finally got them at 9pm but not hte childrens management apologizes but that did not makw up for the bad service no drinks an mains and late mains 9pm arrived and still incorect and no kids food used to love going to this place but not now not anymore we will not go back again
Pandoras Rouse Hill. Below average food. Cold veil cold plates poor service. For the price would not return. Tried to explain and when we did they asked if we want desert. Wow. Explained when paying and she said thanks will pass it on. I said don't worry as we won't be coming back to which she says ok bye. Wow guys we loved this place and you've lost it totally.To make matters worse the owner was there smirking when cashier explained. Don't care hey guys??
My wife took me here last night for a dinner date. Our server Tayla was lovely and knew what was great for us based in our ideas. Great food, nice portions sizes, price was not bad either. Will be back
