Always out of cinnamon crunch bagels unless you get here early morning. Sandwiches are overpriced and drowning in sauce. No selection for soups, used to have a wider variety. I didn 't ask for a half bottle of mayo with my $20 turkey BLT sign didn 't indicate it came on the sandwich. The bread and baguette were cold on the inside, like someone ordered the sandwich and changed their mind, so instead of tossing it, it got put in a cooler. The turkey looked, smelled, and tasted like tuna salad instead. Waited ten minutes for my order went from 0 to 5 cars behind me. All for a nasty soggy sandwich. Fallen a long way since the clean food campaign. Oh, this drive thru doesn 't have a side lane, so if you change your mind, you 're stuck behind people waiting 10+ minutes for their food. Never eating here again. It only got a second star because the girl working the drive thru was super nice.
Every since they started being able to place a pickup order on the app and picking it up through the drive through i’ve been using it, i thought service would be much faster and smoother, wrong! i have the sip club so i just wanted to get a drink, now i’m stuck in the drive through for 15+ minutes just for a drink! not okay, especially when i have places to be. for a while they were using the parking spots to park those who’s orders would take longer but now their not. don’t recommend going through the drive through unless you have 20 minutes of your day to waist. management: start using the parking spots again for when it’s busy, i know i’m not the only customer who has an issue with this.
I love the sandwiches at Panera. My favorite is the Chicken Chipotle Avacado Melt. I wish they were bigger. My second favorite is the Bacon Turkey Bravo. I ordered a half of each sandwich and they tasted great. The only bad part was there was no signature sauce on my Bravo so it wasn't as good as it usually is. It's kind of pricey here but it seems like eating out anywhere is. The food is really good though and I was able to get in and out quickly.
Out of all savory bagels by 7am, had to settle on brioche, no sausage had to settle for bacon. Only two types of bagels in the bins, cinnamon and chocolate chip. Went back up to get a cinnamon...no they are out. Have been disappointed here too many times. Go to the Elk River Panera!
