Hi! We just ate lunch here. My son and I haven't been with one yet. A manager asked if we needed help and was very friendly. We finally decided for a pepperoni flatcake for him, I had the Mediterranean bowl. Both were delicious to me, my son wasn't so much we were just in a picky phase. The manager asked if he liked it, he didn't tell her the honesty of the children. Then she suggested some other options, he chose a chicken caesar. He was much happier! Another manager also talked to us. The whole staff was friendly and friendly. She didn't have to replace his meal, but she did and I really appreciate it. We'll be back!
Food was very good, dining room was clean, staff nice. I should have stayed, but the company was waiting at home. Problem was that I didn't check my order before I left and one of my guests meal wasn't in the bag. It was paid. When I came home, it was too late to return. Very annoying. Although nothing could correct this, I had a guest without food, the manager impressed us not only a refund for the food was missing, but for the whole meal! That was welcomed and unexpected. There was a waiting on the take-out line. It seemed short staff.
Service: precise, courtesy and fast. Food: The soup had sturdy aromas. It was much better than I expected. The sandwich did not taste as tasteful as it usually does. The Hibiscus Tea was good. I enjoy the slightly bitter taste Hibiscus has. Parking seat: During lunch it was so packed it was hard to find parking and a seat. I would recommend eating Panera at this place.
I am often here, sometimes 2x a week for learning and again for my crochet group on most Saturdays. The manager is Don and he's a really nice guy, always happy and seems happy to see us. This is a very busy location, but the food is always good and the smiles are great.
