no quality customer service. the atmosphere was very low, poor and felt depressing. the employees didn't look happy. they looked like they were committed to being there. from ordering to eating was about 20 minutes waiting, maybe longer. I ordered the food I usually get, flat bread pizza and brokkoli and cheddar soup. the pizza had very little cheese and sauce. with a big ball throws in the middle, they coworkers who didn't even try. it was more like broth with cheese and sauce on the side to eat. the suppe was not good, either it was very watery, not what I needed to get. I wouldn't be back to this place. I would choose something else near.
that was the worst panera I ever had. we have preordered online. I wanted to pick up. it took 20 minutes at the time that was quoted to pick up. on the pick-up screen we could see that our order was prepared, then we could see that it was ready, then it disappeared from the screen and sat just on a table behind the register. it wasn't until I asked the manager to help us, and even then she couldn't take care of herself. when we came home to eat the whole order was wrong and that was cold. Not sure who we have and who ours. the whole experience was terrible! zero stars.
Our family had the accidental pleasure of joining the Panera Friends and Family training night at the new site! Panera invited us in like family and let us be some of the first people to see the new space. The new space has a meeting room and allow for 50 more people to have seating. The fireplace adds a certain charm to the already modern and comforting space. We love the new Panera. Congratulations and Good luck to you tomorrow on your grande opening day! And YAY to the new drive thru!!!
I remember when restaurants are always strict regarding care and hairdressing during work with food (especially those who are preparation! as they can see in the picture is a very long black hair on the sandwich. I can never order definitiw from there again.
