This was our third visit to Filzmoos and we cannot believe that we have never visited this restaurant before. It was recommended by friends and we are so glad we went. We had a lovely walk up to the farm, which has a spectacular panoramic view of Filzmoos.The food was asloutely beautiful. To start, my partner had a clear soup with vegetables and I had a carrot soup, both were faultless. We both had steaks for main, me a rump and him a t-bone, both of which were tasty, perfectly seasoned, and cooked as requested. There is a good selection of sides that you can choose from to compliment your main course. Richard had strudel to finish and me a pancake and berry dessert, which, again were beautiful. The service was outstanding, we were made to feel very welcome. The gentleman that served us was extremely friendly and even encouraged us to practice our German. This restaurant uses as much as they can from their own farm andhe local area which makes it good quality and extra special.We cannot wait to visit again next year!!! Johanna and Richard xx
This hotel restaurant is situated on high ground at about 3,900 feet altitude, around 500 feet above the village of Filzmoos. The Panorama bar / restaurant has the most amazing views of the surrounding hills and mountains. We just stopped for ice creams during an afternoon walk and found very welcoming staff and quick service.
We stopped in here for a few drinks at the end of our day. This place has a cozy Alpen glow and awesome views of the valley below. We wanted to return the following night for essen but unfortunately that didn't work out. From what we saw though the food looked wonderful!
