Had a great time treating my kids to Rita's last night! A really sweet employee, named Tory, took her time explaining different types of treats to us so we could pick exactly what we wanted! Then she went above and beyond by making sure the chocolate treats we chose had the perfect amount of chocolate sauce and chocolate chips!!! All while serving us with a smile! She took her job seriously which not all teens these days do! we will absolutely be returning to Paoli Rita's and hope we get our new, favorite server again!!!

5 layer gelato you're the best. I love your layers of fresh vanilla soft serve and your wild cherry water ice! Whomever invented you is a genius. Good service and friendly servers here. Very healthy servings for the price. Capri Water Ice in Wayne is still a step ahead with their more flavorful Cherry Bordeaux that is loaded with real cherries and their rich vanilla tasting soft serve.

My husband and I got a pistachio custard to share and it was pretty good! Wish they had more options. The staff were friendly and quick. Overall, we had a good experience here!

Had Strawberry Gelati and it's my new favorite! Small place with limited options, but the staff were friendly and provided immediate service.

Love Rita's water ice. Every time I go here I smile because the custard is so good.Can't wait until they open!
