Papa Gino's - Tisch reservieren

today with my family. ordered an Italian base without capacola only salami and got brot with 2 pieces salami on it. I want to tell the manager, and he said there were 4 pieces salami, I'm sorry, but 2 on each half of the brotes. first, when it was ordered, I asked after only salami they would think they would replace it. So he made me a new sub, brought him here, and I said thank many. he tortured it on my table with the dirtyest look and ignored me. terrible service if they don't like their job or don't want to deal with customers than get a call to another!

Ordered a large pizza and large fries and had a tiny cold sub and small box with a handful of fries arrive at my door instead after almost1.5 hr wait. I called the restaurant to tell them they gave me the wrong order and I was told allthey could do is void the charges. When I asked if I could still get the pizza instead of a refund I was told not unless I could go pick it up ! If I could go pick it up I wouldn’t have ordered delivery in the first place. Very disappointed.

We always like papa ginos, prices have risen above most other pizza places but quality of food is still good and some things here are just better so we still frequent papa ginos.

You had better call them well before closing time to place any orders. Their phones seemingly become unresponsive. It’s apparent the staff is eager to close asap.
