Last night at 19:30 we gave $65 to eat, and we said we would get it half an hour, it didn't come to almost 10 a.m., we tried to call the restaurant to check on the eta and no one would answer. when we finally got the food, it was rough, cold, underwhelmed and very disappointing! we called the manager tony today to let her know of our experience and possibly get a refund or loan and tony said sadly nothing we can do for her. what happened to the customer is always right. we spend 2x the amount and get terrible service and even worse eating and we need to pay more. smh! How much use does that if I had no staring. I would not recommend ordering from this place.
Could not have felt more unwelcome!!! I came in, no one smiled or even said hello. They all looked at each other like they were trying to decide who was going to help me. Finally one gentleman stepped up to the counter and asked if he could take my order, when I started to tell him what I wanted he said, hold on I'm trying to get to that screen first, as if he were annoyed by me. The employee standing behind him even smirked when he said it. I can't review the food yet because I'm posting this as I'm sitting in the lobby waiting for my order. Maybe they'd be happier if it wasn't 100° in there.
Came in with the tots while shopping in the area. We never have been to Papa John's. We asked to order the pizza bowls! Our mouths were watering in excitement. We were shot down. It is new and can only be ordered online. I really wasn't up to signing up for any more accounts or installing apps and my phone was at 2%. The girls were hungry. Headed elsewhere. I still think it was odd they couldn't take an order for it in person. Probably just following orders. No worries. Curious on the bowls will be back to try.
The rudest manager I've ever met in my life. I ordered at the wrong time on accident- I'm human, mistakes happen. He threw a fit like an actual child huffing and puffing and then HUNG UP on me. Contacted corporate and they said they would follow up and never did. Customer service is dead but this was completely unacceptable. Avoid this location.
