Customer orders online Restaurant sends out wrong order Customer calls to ask for an exchange on a pizza and offers to pop into the restaurant Restaurant manager gets aggressive Customer leaves another poor review on trip advisor and makes a compaint to head office Customer...never orders from Papa Johns crawley again and goes out of his way to tell all of his friends to avoid them Was it really worth it for a pizza. Boycott this place at all costs! New Year’s Eve we preordered at for delivery and were still waiting for our food at in the end I had to drive to the store myself to pick up our food. Their phones didn’t work so...couldn’t get a hold of the place to find out what was going on. Get your pizza from dominos or Pizza Hut instead.

Very disappointing. Pizza was very doughy and unevenly cooked as I’ve found with my last few papa johns orders for various locations. Officially giving up and going back to dominoes I guess. Big waste of money from my end

food was cold, called them and they refused to do anything blaming me and were aggressive. no customer service at all and a waste of money. dont order here
