Papa Johns Pizza

This place is prime example that not all locations are equal. We moved to the area from another part of North Texas recently and have given this location our business a few time. Not any more. This may be the worst Papa John's location in North Texas. It's unlikely it will ever get better since the staff there doesn't really seem to mind that they are consistently putting out a subpar effort and product. We never got a pizza that was made properly, either the order has been wrong or the pizza hasn't been cooked all the way and the dough was still very much uncooked. Their loss as there are plenty of other pizza places in the area that care about what they're serving to their guests.

Pizza is the worst I ever had at this location and they keep changing the price on the pizza for a example a small cheese pizza cost me $6.50 one day and three days later it is $7.96 for the same pizza call mgr.about it it should be $12.00 .in less than a week it double in price wow what inflation.So bad customer serviceBad pizzaAnd double the price.GOOD JOB. Burnt pizza delivered. Talked to manager and he was going to credit for them but called back to order and NO credit on account and no apology and does not care for customer loyalty.
