Papa Johns Pizza

Papa Johns is my favourite pizza; however, this location is bad. My problem with them is that the app and website say they only take delivery orders by phone. The last time , the person my wife spoke to was rude, didn't take our order correctly, and shouted at my wife. I just tried to call twice around 2:30 in the afternoon today, and no one answered. So I ordered from online from Domino's next door to them, and I got my order delivered to me in 20 minutes. I guess I'll be ordering Domino's from now on. Papa John's should be ashamed of this store.

Incomplete order not happÿ. I don't want the rest of the order next time. I want what I ordered now. This place for a while now does not offer a delivery service. Only collection! Staff have been very rude and patronising on many occasions. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Don't bother ordering at all! I ordered online and I haven't received any update after an hour, tried calling multiple times but no one was there to answer calls. I haven't received any pizza or refund. Worst customer service.
