Papa Johns Pizza

I just ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery. The second pizza came with the wrong toppings. (Meat and my girlfriend is a vegetarian) The store manager Taha, refused to remake it (i offered to come get it) or even refund me. I reported this to corporate and told him I would. He said “good luck”.

Pizza was fine for being papa john's, but I had a weird experience last time I ordered delivery where the delivery guy shined a bright flashlight in my face the entire time he was giving me my food. Definitely weird and made me feel uncomfortable about ordering from this store again.

Every time I order from here I have problems with the staff and the delivery people and management on top of that when I don’t order I still have to deal with them because they block multiple parking spaces. They’re rude and Management does nothing about it, also the service is

On Feb 23rd I went to the store to order chicken Parmesan papa bites. And you can see the hair in one of them. It was very disappointing. I wish you use some masks and bones and such to cover hair while preparing food. It is not hygienic.

My order took 1:30 minutes dispatch told me 30-40 min ,my food was cold and every was a missing,they need to close this location.
