My mother-in-law (she is 74) went yesterday to buy some tickets for the Jazz Concert this month. She drove from Gandia to buy the tickets in the Parador because they were a birthday present for her friend. The guy on reception told her to go online to book the tickets, he told her it was nothing to do with them. I think it has everything to do with them because the concerts take place in the hotel. So she drove one hour to buy some tickets for somebody on the reception to tell her to buy online and waved to a poster. She is not confident with a computer and she doesn't do payments online. As well she doesn't has a printer that's why she went to the Parador to buy the tickets because she wanted to put them in an envelope to give to her friend as a birthday present. The least the person on reception could have done was helped her. There were 3 receptionists on that time and no customer at all at that moment, that was about 11 o'clock in the morning. That is terrible customer service for a 4-star hotel...
