I liked croissants and baked here. I think they're very good. I think this place is a jewel of evanston. I have read a comment that a person compared this place with a place in wilmette. it is a point that they can have a walk in a city and occasionally have a coffee and croissant at a place with a large young energy. when people drive a car to another city to buy baked goods and bring it to home, they won't get a point.

I bought my galette des rois (roy cake) for my students and employees at the roycemore school. they loved it! each came with a crown (the traditional French krone) and a figurine in the inner, so everyone could enjoy the full experience of French tradition. also the owner is french that made the experience even more authentic! merci!

visited patisserie coralie with a lifelong friend. to order our coffee and croissants, sat in the beautiful chairs in the window was refreshing. the personal is excellent and welcoming, something I could imagine in paris, but here in the inner city of evanston. it didn't feel rushed. a few times, and, will not be my last.

The croissants are really good. The coffees are also good. The atmosphere is nice, but I have been very disappointed on the occasions when I want to enjoy a coffee and croissant and am given a paper cup with a plastic top, no plate, and plastic ware. Hardly the authentic French experience they claim.
