Attention, this note judges the forbach restaurant and only concerns the mediocrity of recent times when the team leader is not present. the reception is always as professional however, the quality of the dishes leaves to be desired! burnt or even carbonized meat and despite having asked to be careful not to use it, that it was not my surprise during the tasting! Unchangeable, stomach burns all night, fries too cooked, kebabs dry and very little garnished, fillings that are composed with the indigested pieces of the crudities and the supplements that we are paid and that are forgotten (several times). It never happens, but really never when the chef is present, more than a year I attend this restaurant and I never was as disappointed as since these few weeks, or the chef is not present. It tempts me to deplore the quality of these times, but it's time to do something because at this price, we have to use quality. it is time for employees to present these days to question and take into account customer comments. Too bad. hoping for a rapid improvement.
