Pearl Dragon Express

What a surprise. On entering I thought I'd left Southend and gone somewhere like Kensington. Decor, furnishing and staff are top notch with a menu and food to match. They operate a reservation only policy, but managed to slot us in. As a guide, we had three main chicken courses, one drink and tea £50 (you can't have fish and chips every night)

We had a fabulous meal here for my husband's 70th birthday. There were 11 of us and the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. It was our first visit to this restaurant and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend The pearl Dragon.

Very nice food ribs excellent just not sure about curry i had chicken i saw the chef make a king prawn one and sauce left in pan was put back in bain marie to make next curry, just glad im not allergic to shellfish
