Pearl River Resort

After a horrific stay over Christmas, they invited us back for another shot at a good experience. After traveling for work for some time, we decided on a new trip date. The manager contacted me, added 4 other people to our communication and set up the date. Unfortunately, my flight home was cancelled for weather, and we had to reschedule, and believe it or not not one person of the 5 on the email answered me. I responded again, with no response from ANY of the people . I called, with no call back. This is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever received in the industry. Don’t expect much of you come here, and you won’t be disappointed. update after asking for a GM, they had a Guest services person reach out, so I’m not even sure there is a GM!

Great band played at the Moon while we were there. Everyone was so friendly too. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly

Didn't stay in their rooms but the Casino is pretty nice. It's not Las Vegas, but it's fun.
