Peasant Village Restaurant

After asking friends where to go for a high-end restaurant, the peasant village was recommended by everyone. The restaurant is located in an old house that has been updated to accommodate guests with seating and decorations. I haven't seen a parking lot, but there are plenty of parking nearby. Reservations are recommended as the seat is limited. The menu is seasonal so the food always changes. I ordered the ribeye and my wife got the salmon puppet. The server recommended the truffle fries for one side and my wife asked the potato mashed. The service was amazing, drinks were refilled regularly and records were deleted in time before the next record came. After we finished eating boss Jason introduced and asked if we enjoyed our meal. We finished the evening with lime cake for dessert. I enjoyed the food and service and would recommend to come here if you are looking for a high-end restaurant in San Angelo.

I don't know why Yelp says this is a deli/sandwich place costing less than $10, at least for dinner.
