Pelican's Cafe - Tisch reservieren

We went for a early lunch and what a great outlook Pelicans Cafe has. A perfect position to watch the boats come and go. I ordered probably more like morning tea of iced coffee and a slice of banana and walnut bread. One daughter ordered the Caesar salad and the other daughter ordered the BLT with chips. The banana bread was lightly toasted and arrived warm with butter on the side. The chicken in the salad was overly dry but the salad itself looked and was amazing. My daughter must have enjoyed the BLT because it was all gone at the end. The only complaint I had was our drinks hadn't arrived by the time we were finished and I had to go and ask for them. All in all the food, the staff and the view were great - we will certainly return.

Kudos to the new management for improving this little gem. I have enjoyed a breakfast and lunch in the last 3 days and am happy to say that I will be a regular once again. The food is fresh, tasty and well presented. The fruit juices are delicious and the hot drinks are great. They have a BYO policy which is great for the budget conscience.It is one of the few locations in the Redlands which has a view of the water and this view provides entertainment as you can watch the dragon boats, boats, jet skis, ferries, water police and fisheries launch and return. You can see fish breach, pelicans flying past and sea birds perching. It is the perfect place on a beautiful day.

I had read reviews of how good this place was and it surpassed my expectations! It was very windy on the day we went for breakfast but there was still a protected place to sit out of the wind to enjoy the winter sun and view of the bay. I had the pancakes which had the right amount of berries, ice cream and maple syrup. My husband had a veggie breakfast the was enormous and he advised it was delicious!Will definitely be back to visit again.

Location is great. View over the bay is peaceful, making it an enjoyable setting Breakfast was absolute value for money Staff friendly and helpful

Great breakfast - however they had only one type of bread. Also seats - not comfortable but the view was awesome!!
