we love this hotel! the staff is so friendly and helpful. neil the house doorman was very helpful to order our car service to bring us to the city. He's so charming and always welcomed us. neil always took the time to answer all our questions. jack at the reception answers all our questions as well as the sorting of our accommodation. he is a really nice guy and very professional. we stayed during the firm and lurking helped us to book all our party meals and entertainment. this was our third time in this hotel during the visit of scottland. our suite was renovated according to very high standards. it was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities. we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all employees for a beautiful holiday experience. we'll be back soon. neil and anita price of shropshire, england

beautiful environment, but must update especially conference rooms. we had a business meeting here, and there was confusion and our booking canceled meant that we originally had no room. that was sorted and the staff is beautiful. the rooms are beautiful when a bit dated, but the bed was so comfortable!

visited for the afternoon, great location, beautiful welcome, especially to feel. the food was fresh and tasty, presented very good. katie that served us was friendly, authentic and attentive, and full of smiles, made our visit to a pleasure, pleased to many thanks.

The Dalmahoy is top notch. The reception staff, sports center staff and grounds deserve 5 status. HOWEVER, DON'T order room service!! I ordered a chicken burger which took an hour to arrive, was burnt, and was charged £20!
